Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days. If you are ordering a custom product or design, the processing time may vary.

The Market Made will fulfill orders between Monday through Saturday and uses third party services for shipment, normally USPS. If The Market Made is experiencing high volume of orders, we will notify you of any delays via email.

Drop Shipping & Third-Party Vendors

General shipping rates will apply to items that are drop shipped or come from third-party vendors. They will be calculated at the end of check out.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

The Market Made will notify you via email once the package is in the mail along with the tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Market Made is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Market Made is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Market Made ships internationally, but rates may vary. If The Market Made is unable to ship to you, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We will respond to you in 1-2 business days. The Market Made will pay for all return shipping costs. Once we confirm your address, we will email a shipping label to you. Once The Market Made receives the returned item, we will refund you immediately, but please note, it may take up to 10 business days to process.
